Welcome to my Blog!

Dear Kindred Souls,

FINALLY!

After some trial and error with help from my Webmaster, unknown passwords and usernames, and various other tripups, I've finally gone live! I'll be posting about books I've written, books I've read, books on my mile-high TBR pile, links to friends' and authors' sites and blogs, and postings about my other passions such as history, music, the paranormal, astronomy, and whatever hits me that I need to pass on to the world. My website, http://www.dianarubino.com/, is also up to date. Contests, pictures, YouTube videos and other fun stuff to follow. Please stop by and say hello! --Diana

  1. Hi Diana,

Congratulations on getting your blog up and running, and thanks for inviting me to come on over and blab about myself a bit. For those that don't know me, I'm Brian L Porter, award-winning author of The Preditors & Editors Best Thriller Novel of 2008 Award Winner 'A Study in Red - The Secret Journal of Jack the Ripper'. the book is also under contract to a Movie company in L.A. who are currently developing it for the silver screen. It's a dark, psychological thriller that tells ....No, I can't say. Perhaps if you go to http://www.freewebs.com/astudyinred/ you'll find out more and see the video trailer too.

Of course, your readers can find out more about my other works too at www.freewebs.com/brianlp, including my latest short releases 'Dracula Doesn't Live Here Anymore' and 'Murder, Mayhem and Mexico' all available from Amazon.com

    Best regards

  6. Welcome to blogging, a dark and arcane art particularly suited to one who would write about "normal" vampires.
Given my "druthers", I prefer the traditional ones, ridiculous as they are.

  10. Dear Friends,
Thanks for the great encouragement! It's actually pretty scary, moreso than the website was, cos this goes live every day--it's like doing live TV--I guess that'll be the next big thing--webcasts--we'll be visible on our blogs & will have to hair & makeup every day before sitting down to the computer!
I'm still having some trial & error, so my Webmaster is coming over on Fri. to rescue me. I hope to be zipping around here without any help soon, cos I love to chat, and want to get some lively gabfests going. Have a great day! Diana
